It hasn't been easy to make, because I do sincerely enjoy making this comic and reading your opinion about it (both the good and bad.) However, with the constant time requirements of school, I'm unable to keep up with the stress and obligation of maintaining a comic that updates twice per week.

On the other hand, I also don't want to just shut down the comic, nor even resort to a much less frequent update schedule. As such, I have found a middle ground that will allow me to focus on school, while still providing comic enjoyment.

Over the months that I have been writing this comic, I have been given many (unsolicited) ideas for comics (and even a few fully drawn comics.) I've yet to use any of these comics; this is my comic, my ideas to share with you. But now, I'm making this our comic. Starting Wednesday, most updates will not be my work, but submissions from you, the readers. I will still draw comics on occasion (I estimate two per month,) but the majority of future updates will be submitted.

Fear not. I will still be actively working on the comic insofar as I will be choosing which submissions get posted and which do not. Through this, I will be able to mantain the quality of the comic.

I know this is a major shift in the comic that (hopefully) many of you have come to love. Unfortunately, it is a necessary one. Once again, it was not an easy decision to make. Thank you all, and I'll see you on Wednesday. [an error occurred while processing this directive] 03/28/07 [an error occurred while processing this directive] Holy webcomic drama Batman! It seems that my Pi Day comic is a rather similar to another comic. So much so that people have been accused of stealing. For the record, it is remarkably hard to steal from a comic you never knew existed. Just as Newton and Liebniz independantly invented calculus, so did I and the author of Dinosaur Comics independantly think of the February 71st joke (though I would imagine we aren't even the first.)

[an error occurred while processing this directive] 03/25/07 [an error occurred while processing this directive] Holy crap! It's a update! Unstarted 12 page paper due Monday be damned, I updated. It's a bit late I realize, but we can pretend I put this up back on the 14th, right?
